Food For Thought From The Gluten-Free Vegan Baker (Malaysia)

To truly enjoy a completely satisfying and healthy life,
it's crucial to focus on the kinds of food that we eat!
Think about what you eat and consider how it affects your well-being mentally and physically.

The world is changing and evolving everyday and so does our health and bodies.
Therefore, our thoughts about food and health need to change and evolve as well.

Making food decisions should be like solving a simple mathematical equation.
Whatever diet you have, ALWAYS ask yourself this question before making important food decisions:

DOES THIS FOOD ADD ANYTHING CONSTRUCTIVE OR DESTRUCTIVE TO MY LIFE?

If the food adds anything CONSTRUCTIVE, you SHOULD experience one or more or all of the following:
-better ability to focus mentally
-noticeable physical energy
-good internal and external health and comfort
-meaningful personal or better-quality family time
...then take that food!

However if the food adds anything DESTRUCTIVE, you WILL be experiencing one or more or all of the following:
-lack of mental focus
-lack of physical strength
-considerable internal and external bodily discomfort or pain
-sudden occurrence of health disease or disorder
-more time at the hospital
-more health bills
...think again!

Anything destructive MUST be avoided at all costs in every instant of our lives.
Our thoughts and decisions about food SHOULD always begin with thoughts about our health and well-being.  Your overall mental and physical well-being MUST always influence your thoughts and decisions about food.

Know and decide what you truly want for yourself and your life.
Once you have done that, know and decide what you want to PUT into yourself and your life.

FEED YOURSELF WITH FOOD THAT YOUR BODY TRULY DESERVES.
That's how you take control of your life.
That's how you achieve a happy, healthy balanced lifestyle.

AND THAT'S WHEN YOU FINALLY GIVE BACK TO EVERYONE ELSE IN YOUR LIFE!
