Here is the 5-Star Point System by The Gluten-Free Vegan Baker Malaysia (The Vegan Vuddha)
1for Appearance, Texture & Meltability
1⭐ for Flavour & Taste
1 for Price
2⭐ for Overall Impression

Appearance, Texture & MeltabilityViolife Cheese looks and feels like regular non-vegan cheese.  It has a thick and firm texture.  It becomes soft and creamy when melted.  It melts well and easily on its own in less than 8 seconds (in a microwave).  1

Flavour & TasteViolife Cheese mozzarella has a subtle mild cheese flavour, however, the cheddar tastes a tad bit saltier.  It tastes good on its own and also in sandwiches, burgers, etc.  1/2

PriceViolife Cheese costs less than RM14.00 per pack of 7 slices which is approximately RM2.00 per sliceA monthly consumption of Violife Cheese would cost approximately RM60 per month1/2

Overall ImpressionViolife Cheese is a great attempt at being a substitute for dairy cheese that is free from preservatives and I like that it contains coconut oil.  I also appreciate that the front label of the product already gives me everything I need to know about it including allergen information.  I hate having to waste my time researching online about the product before purchasing it.  It is a great product to try and to enjoy on a daily consumption if money is not a problem.  As a gluten-free vegan, I admire the conscientious efforts of this cheese company.  However, I am not totally impressed yet.  1
