Flavour & Taste:  Florence Purple Yam Spread has the distinctive flavour and taste of purple yam.  However, this spread tends to be more on the sweet side.  1/2⭐

Overall Impression:  Florence Purple Yam Spread is the kind of product that seems like a good gluten-free vegan spread.  I love purple yam and am always eager to try purple yam products.  I've tried this product many many years ago overseas and am happy to have found it again online.  Florence Purple Yam Spread is a very straightforward product that tastes and feels exactly like its ingredients.  Its appearance, texture and taste are that of pureed purple yam.  I love how chunky and creamy it is all at the same time.  I prefer to have it on a spoon like I would with peanut butter and just savour it as it is.  However, it tends to be a bit on the sweet side so I don't have it everyday.  However, it is a great handy ingredient when making gluten-free vegan purple yam cheesecake.  LOVE IT!!!  On days when I'm craving for some comforting purple yam, I reach for Florence Purple Yam Spread.  It's quite expensive but I don't mind the price for the comfort and enjoyment it brings to me.  Florence Purple Yam Spread is a product worth trying for purple yam lovers!  4⭐
