Hi, may I know how or where can I get these products? Im vegan and wish to bake but I just can't find vegan ingredients like milk, margarine, shortening, cream cheese,etc... But I found this nuttelex butter in a supermarket nearby but I usually use as spreads for bread, is it suitable for baking and frosting? Thank you.
I purchase vegan products from high-end supermarkets like Cold Storage, etc. With regards to Nuttelex, yes you can use it in baking and frosting. However, due to its yellow color, I don't use it to make white frosting. Hope this helps.
