Gluten-Free Vegan D.I.Y (Malaysia) - Pancakes

  
 
 
 
Here's a simple do-it-yourself project:
 
 Gluten-Free Vegan Pancakes
 
 
 
You probably already have gluten-free vegan ingredients in your pantry or kitchen.  It's just a matter of selective decision or decisive selection.  Select a simple easy-to-follow pancake recipe of your choice from a cookbook or the internet.  Just replace the non-gluten-free flour with a gluten-free one!  Replace the dairy milk with vegan milk like soy milk or coconut milk.  Don't use eggs.  Top the gluten-free vegan pancakes with your favorite gluten-free vegan sweetener or syrup!  Enjoy them with some fruit like bananas.  Simple, easy and nutritious!  

With the right ingredients and tools, you can make your own gluten-free vegan pancakes from scratch that is so much healthier and definitely more delicious.  Making your own food makes sense in every way.  It is a stepping stone to supporting your own health and well-being and a promising start to your journey to better health. 

It's time to learn to make your own favorite food from scratch.  Homemade and handmade food tastes so much better and becomes more appealing and nutritious because you are in control of the ingredients.  Nutritious food is good food and it is indeed better.  Making your own food becomes a learning process that gives you the chance to build your knowledge of food and strengthen your own cooking skills.  You learn to appreciate the work and complexity of making food and delight in the pleasure and flavors of your own creation.  It makes you feel better about yourself and you would want to share that experience with people you love.  Everyone will benefit from your own handy work.
