Flavour & TasteLily's Coco Jam has the distinctive flavour and taste of coconut caramel candy.  However, this jam tends to be more on the sweet side.  1/2

Overall ImpressionLily's Coco Jam is the kind of product that seems like a good gluten-free vegan product.  I love all coconut food products and coconut jam has always been a favourite of mine.  I've tried a variety of coconut jams in my life and this product is one of my favourite simply because it's gluten-free vegan.  Lily's Coco Jam contains just two ingredients --- fresh coconut milk and sugar.  It is free from eggs, gluten, dairy, lactose, nuts and yeast.  It has a similar smooth texture and consistency to dulce de leche and a caramel-esque toasty flavour.  It is perfect as a spread on toast and pastries, fantastic as a topping on pancakes, crepes and waffles, wonderful as a caramel dip for pretzels and best of all, amazing as a filling on freshly baked bread.  It is an excellent addition to baking as glaze on gluten-free vegan cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies, etc.  Don't waste your time slaving over the stove for hours and hours making your own coconut jam or caramel sauce.  Lily's Coco Jam is honest-to-goodness coconut jam that is simply perfect, amazingly yummy and quite addictive!  If you're bored with peanut butter, hazelnut or chocolate spread, or with just plain butter, try Lily's Coco Jam.  However, Lily's Coco Jam is high on the sugar content so it's always best to limit its intake.   Lily's Coco Jam is a product worth trying for coconut jam lovers who hate eggs!  3
